Adoption Process
No Hassle!
We focus on keeping our adoption process straightforward and easy. We strive to offer prompt and clear communication via email or phone call.
Once you have picked out a puppy you like, and understand the pricing associated with that puppy, simply click make a deposit, and complete the payment with a few clicks of a button. At that point, we will mark that puppy as reserved on the website. (Please Note; a puppy is not reserved until a deposit is made for it.)
Please remember to schedule an appointment to pick up or meet a puppy. We are generally available Monday through Saturday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
All paperwork is provided when you pick up your new puppy, which includes; health guarantee/purchase agreement, vet certificate, vaccine/deworming records and any other paperwork that comes with your puppy.
Health Guarantee
Each puppy comes with a 2-year genetic health warranty.
We spend lots of time and effort making sure each puppy goes to its new home happy and healthy. But just like it is with people, things can go wrong in the puppy world too.
We ask that you get your puppy checked within ten days of going home. any normal veterinary costs incurred are the responsibility of the buyer. If perchance there is something wrong, we would need a copy of the vet report and invoice, to reimburse you for the treatment. (Reimbursements not exceeding the purchase price of the puppy)
Please remember that your new puppy is still a baby, and will be under some stress when you take him home, making him susceptible to picking up common parasites such as giardia, coccidia, roundworms, etc. These parasites are commonly found in dog parks, pet stores, or shopping malls where pets are allowed. We caution you to minimize exposure to high-risk areas until your puppy is well-adapted to his new home.
We do everything in our power to prevent and eliminate parasites by putting our dogs and puppies on a strict deworming program. However, depending on the life cycle of certain parasites, it is possible that a few puppies will go home with one. We ask that you take your new puppy to a vet within ten days of purchase, and if for any reason he does not check clear of parasites, we will reimburse you for the cost of the treatment or medication. (Again, not exceeding the purchase price of the puppy)

Deposits and payments
When making a deposit, always specify the name of the puppy you want to reserve. Once you have made a deposit, we will hold that puppy until you can come pick it up. The deposit is $300 and it will go towards the total price of the puppy. Deposits are nonrefundable, (Exceptions apply due to circumstances)
If by any chance something happens to the puppy while you have a deposit on it, we will let you pick another puppy, or refund your deposit.
A 6% sales tax is added to the total price of any puppy pickup here in Pennsylvania. (No sales tax is charged if the puppy is delivered/picked up outside of Pennsylvania)
Balance payments can be made with cash or credit card, either in person or on the website. (We do not accept checks or money orders)
