What is a Bernedoodle and What Are They Like?
Bernedoodles are a cross between a Bernese mountain dog and a poodle. They have the loyal, friendly traits of the Bernese combined with the intelligence of a poodle, resulting in a very trainable puppy that can also be goofy and fun! While personalities can vary quite a bit, even among siblings, Bernedoodles typically have an abundance of energy and need to have space to run and play.
Multigen Mini Bernedoodle Puppies
We received our first Bernedoodle (Charlotte) in 2019 from a friend and quickly fell in love with the breed! We have worked tirelessly to improve the breed by utilizing genetic testing, as well as being very particular that puppies we raise for breeding parents pass all criteria; looks, temperament, genetic health, etc. We are excited to now be able to offer some of the highest quality Multigen Mini Bernedoodle puppies available in the country!
Mini Bernedoodle Appearance: Size & Coat
Our Mini Bernedoodles' sizes range between 20 and 40 pounds. They are all tri-colored, with the exception of an occasional red puppy. The coats on all of our Bernedoodle puppies are hypoallergenic and have a beautiful, wavy/curly appearance.
Genetic Tested & Guaranteed Multigen Mini Bernedoodle Puppies
Because of our extensive genetic testing, we can say with confidence what type of coat and appearance you will get with your puppy - something that is less common than you would think with other Bernedoodle breeders. At Dream Villa Pets, we guarantee that all our puppies will have the correct coat type; they will be hypoallergenic and have a true Bernedoodle appearance.
Keep in mind that hypoallergenic does not mean they are guaranteed not to shed at all, and any breeder that says otherwise probably isn't well versed in the nuances of genetic testing. That being said, what hypoallergenic does mean is that, even if there is very minimal shedding, your dog's coat will be allergy-friendly.
Bernedoodles Bred with Temperament in Mind
One thing that is a focus of ours in all puppies born at Dream Villa Pets is temperament. Through the hand selection of our breeding dogs and careful breeding practices, we are able to have an amazing amount of control over the temperament of the puppies we sell, guaranteeing that the utmost care has gone into this vital trait of your puppy. On top of attentive breeding, all our Bernedoodle puppies spend their first months of life on our family farm in Pennsylvania, socializing with our children and other animals on the farm, adding to their well-tempered nature.
